Job Summary:

The Deputy Manager - Payroll is responsible for managing and executing payroll processes efficiently, accurately,



and in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. This role involves overseeing payroll administration, resolving discrepancies, handling tax-related matters, and ensuring timely disbursement of salaries and advantages.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Payroll Processing for all employees.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, salary structures, and deductions.
- Calculate and process variable components (bonuses, incentives, overtime, leave encashment, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and Income Tax (TDS).
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns and reports.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for new joiners, exits, and changes in compensation.
- Handle Full and Final Settlements for exiting employees.
- Resolve employee payroll queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
