Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a technically strong Mechanical Outsourcing Engineer with hands-on experience in developing and managing vendors/Suppliers for precision machined components used in CNC and industrial machines.

The primary responsibility of this role is to handle outsourcing activities, develop new vendors, evaluate supplier capabilities, and coordinate with vendors for technically critical components. Purchase and procurement activities will be an additional responsibility.

The candidate should have good knowledge of engineering drawings, machining processes, and supplier coordination for precision components used in CNC and industrial machines.

Candidates must have all of the following:
- Strong ability to read and understand mechanical engineering drawings, tolerances, and machining requirements.
- Good knowledge of CNC machining processes, fabrication, grinding, heat treatment, and precision manufacturing.
- Experience in developing new vendors for precision machined components and industrial machine parts.




- Ability to technically evaluate suppliers based on manufacturing capability, quality systems, machine capacity, and delivery performance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for interacting with suppliers and resolving technical issues.
- Knowledge of machining materials, manufacturing methods, and industrial standards.
- Good understanding of cutting tools, measuring instruments, and industrial machine accessories.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation.

The interview will include technical discussions on engineering drawings, machining processes, supplier evaluation, and procurement of precision mechanical components.
