Position Purpose
Resource hired through this job description will be joining the Plan and Knowledge Management Services Team (PKMS),
responsible for managing and supporting functional/APS support of the tools like – Jira/Confluence/Jira Align etc. Providing day-to-day user support and fixing production issues concerning the tools as well as driving the evolution of the services to improve user experience through new services offering improved platform stability, performance, and architecture design.
The position requires working in a virtual team and international environment and is multidisciplinary in nature. It involves coordination with other locations and divisions of BNP Paribas as necessary. It is key that the candidate should have strong Jira and Confluence administration skills along with high analytical skills and attention to details.
