Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and Business Development. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English, have strong sales knowledge, and be capable of generating new business opportunities and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service discussions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.




- Prepare regular sales reports and update management on business development activities.
- Travel for client meetings and business requirements when required.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of sales, lead generation, and lead conversion techniques.
- Fluent in Hindi and English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
- Positive understanding of business development strategies.
- Willingness to work from our Hosur location.

- Candidates who are currently outside Hosur are welcome to apply.
