Role Description
The Residential Junior Investment Manager – Real Estate will work full time in office in Koramangala, supporting investment decisions and portfolio management for residential properties. Typical responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing property data, and evaluating investment opportunities across target residential projects.



The role involves assisting with due diligence, reviewing lease and transaction documents, monitoring asset performance, and preparing financial models and investment summaries. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source deals, track market trends, and contribute to risk assessments and return projections. This position also requires maintaining accurate records, generating regular reports, and supporting senior team members in presentations and investor communications.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, with a focus on residential investment analysis.
- Practical knowledge of Property Management, including oversight of residential assets and operational performance.
