Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Manager role in a hybrid work model, based in Bengaluru with some flexibility for work from home. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, and develop relationships with clients across sectors such as Manufacturing, Mining, Power, agriculture, infrastructure and government programs. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting tailored SaaS and low-code platform solutions, preparing proposals, leading negotiations, and supporting deal closure. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and delivery teams to refine offerings, ensure effective solution positioning,



and achieve revenue and growth targets. The Business Development Manager will also track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform go-to-market strategies and enhance long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology solutions.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, client relationship building, and deal negotiation.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts related to low-code platforms, cloud solutions, and digital transformation in explicit business terms.
- Experience working with or selling into sectors such as
Manufacturing, Mining, Power, infrastructure
, or enterprise operations is highly desirable.
