Role Description
The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Panaji, responsible for driving sales and business growth for safety gloves and PPE solutions in the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with distributors and key industrial clients,



and conducting regular sales visits and product presentations. The role involves achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing feedback to the management and product teams. The Area Sales Manager will also coordinate pricing, negotiate contracts, support customers with product selection and technical information, and prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts. Collaboration with internal teams such as logistics, customer service, and production is essential to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales or industrial product sales, preferably in PPE, safety equipment, or related sectors.
- Strong skills in territory management, client relationship building, and negotiation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
