Job Summary

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to develop customer relationships, generate new business, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire current customers and develop existing customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Target-driven and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹19,177.93 - ₹40,074.70 per month
