Role Description
- Working Hours are IST 07:00 - 15:00 to ensure more overlapp with Australia hours.
- Onboarding: Own the new starter process end to end. Accounts, hardware, system access, first-week schedule and introductions, so a consultant's day one is productive rather than spent waiting.
- Executive support: Diary and inbox for five directors across Australia, India and Singapore. Booking, triage, protecting time, and making the call yourself on what actually needs their attention.
- Travel and events: Flights, accommodation, visas and ground logistics for individual client travel and for group events, including a 100 person offsite across three countries.
- Meetings that produce something: Take notes in leadership and client meetings, circulate actions with an owner and a date against each, and chase the ones that stall.
