We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead the architectural planning and design coordination for large-scale slum redevelopment projects undertaken for government authorities. The role involves strategic leadership, statutory compliance, and close coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the architecture team for slum redevelopment projects from concept to execution
- Ensure full compliance with DCPR 33(10) and 33(9) provisions
- Provide expert guidance on FSI, TDR utilization, and GFC norms
- Coordinate with government bodies, Developer, and local authorities.
- Review master plans, layouts, building proposals, and drawings for approval readiness
- Integrate rehabilitation, sale components,



and infrastructure planning effectively
- Support PMC functions including timelines, approvals, and inter-disciplinary coordination
- Mentor junior architects and ensure quality control across deliverables

Required Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of:
- DCPR 2034 Regulation 33(10) & 33(9)
- FSI & TDR mechanisms
- Government Floor Coefficients (GFCs)
- Proven experience in slum rehabilitation / redevelopment projects
- Robust understanding of government approval processes and compliance frameworks
