Job Description — IT Executive

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Education: B.E./B.Tech. in IT, Computer Engineering, or any relevant field
Experience: Min 3 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve PC, laptop, printer, scanner, and peripheral device issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and accessories
- Perform regular system health checks and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues
- Monitor network performance and ensure minimal downtime
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and application software
- Manage antivirus installation, updates, and system security patches
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and current joiner system setup
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation

Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of basic server management
- Experience with CCTV, biometric, or access control systems
- Exposure to ERP or enterprise applications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
