Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site CS Trainee role based in Bengaluru.

The role is designed for individuals who are genuinely interested in building a career in professional practice. The trainee will get exposure to company secretarial and compliance assignments, including statutory filings, corporate documentation, Board and general meeting processes, legal research, compliance tracking, drafting and client coordination.





The focus will be on understanding assignments end to end, rather than simply completing individual tasks. Trainees will be encouraged to understand the legal requirements behind each assignment, develop problem-solving skills and gradually take greater responsibility in handling client work.

The work will cover a variety of companies, industries and assignments, giving trainees broad practical exposure to corporate law, governance and regulatory compliance.

Trainees who demonstrate genuine interest, initiative and a willingness to learn will be progressively groomed to develop the practical skills required for professional practice, including understanding client requirements, identifying applicable legal provisions, preparing documentation, executing compliances and communicating with clients.
