Key Responsibilities

Dealer Network Development
- Develop and execute dealer network expansion strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify potential dealers and distributors in untapped and high-growth markets.
- Evaluate prospective dealers based on financial strength, infrastructure, market reputation, and business capability.
- Lead dealer appointment, onboarding, and agreement processes.
- Ensure balanced market coverage and minimize channel conflicts.

Dealer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations.
- Support dealers in achieving sales, service,



and spare parts targets.
- Resolve dealer concerns and ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Drive dealer retention and continuous capability enhancement.

Sales & Business Development
- Support dealers in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with dealers to identify new business opportunities in mining, quarrying, infrastructure, construction, and industrial sectors.
- Develop territory-specific business plans to maximize market penetration.
- Assist dealers in major customer meetings and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor sales pipelines and conversion rates across dealer locations.

Dealer Capability Development
- Design and implement dealer development programs.
- Conduct training on product knowledge, sales techniques, CRM usage, and customer relationship management.
