- Provide individual and group counselling to students regarding academic, personal, behavioural, and career-related concerns.
- Guide students in identifying their interests, strengths, abilities, and career aspirations.
- Conduct career guidance sessions, aptitude assessments, and counselling programs.
- Assist students in making informed decisions regarding subject selection, higher education, and career pathways.
- Identify students who may require additional emotional or academic support and coordinate with teachers and parents where appropriate.
- Maintain confidential records of counselling sessions and student progress.
- Organize workshops and awareness sessions on career planning, study skills, stress management, and student well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers, school management, and parents to support students' overall development.
- Stay updated on higher education opportunities, entrance examinations, career trends, and emerging career options.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and confidential environment for students.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology.
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a CBSE school.
- Prior school counselling experience is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Perambur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
