Roles and responsibilities-
- Implement and monitor quality standards in radiology services as per NABH/AERB guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, imaging protocols, and patient safety practices (radiation safety, consent, etc.).
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits/accreditation processes.
- Track and analyze quality indicators such as TAT, report accuracy, repeat scans, and patient feedback.
- Identify gaps and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Train radiology staff on quality protocols, safety standards, and best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Healthcare, Radiology, or Life Sciences.
- 2-5 years of experience in radiology/diagnostics quality.
- Knowledge of NABH standards and AERB guidelines.
- Solid analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
