About the Role

We’re looking for a
Senior Technical Recruiter
to join our US & Canada staffing business.

This is a hands-on, client-facing recruiting role. You’ll manage technology requirements end-to-end, and identify and deliver high-quality candidates for contract and contract-to-hire positions.

The ideal candidate has robust
US/Canada IT staffing experience, contract staffing experience, and MSP/VMS exposure
.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US and Canadian technology staffing requirements.
- Work directly with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source, screen and qualify candidates across
Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, QA and other technology roles.
- Conduct technical and behavioral screening and present qualified candidates to clients.
- Manage candidates through interviews, offers, onboarding and deployment.
- Work within
MSP/VMS environments
,



including submission processes, SLAs and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong technology talent pipelines.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide market feedback around candidate availability, rates and hiring challenges.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the ATS/VMS.

Requirements
- 4-7 years of US/Canada IT recruiting experience.
- Contract staffing / staff augmentation experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience recruiting for technology roles.
- Experience working with
MSP and/or VMS programs
.
- Strong understanding of the North American technology talent market.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients.
- Strong candidate assessment and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with platforms such as
Fieldglass, Beeline,
