Role: Lead Conversion & Follow-Up Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.
- Contact every lead promptly and understand their requirements.
- Convert leads into paying clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain proper and timely follow-ups with every interested lead.
- Update lead status and follow-up details in the CRM/lead tracker.
- Follow up consistently until the lead is converted or closed.
- Coordinate with the backend team for smooth service delivery.

Incentive:
Performance-based incentives are available on successful client conversions. The more leads you convert, the higher your earning potential.

Positive communication skills, sales mindset, and the ability to handle WhatsApp and phone follow-ups professionally.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
