About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain professional who can manage the complete flow of products and materials—from vendor sourcing and purchase to inventory, warehousing and final delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong vendor-management and negotiation skills, valuable knowledge of FMCG procurement, and the ability to ensure that products are available at the right time, right quantity and right cost.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement
- Identify, evaluate and onboard reliable suppliers and manufacturers.
- Source raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQ, lead times and other commercial terms.
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Track purchase orders from placement to delivery.




- Ensure timely procurement based on sales forecasts and inventory requirements.
- Develop alternate vendors to reduce dependency and supply risk.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate better commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Finance and Sales teams for procurement requirements.

Inventory & Supply Chain
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock.
- Prepare procurement plans based on sales forecasts, inventory and upcoming launches.
- Avoid stock-outs as well as excess/slow-moving inventory.
- Track SKU-wise inventory, ageing, expiry and batch details, especially for FMCG products.
- Coordinate stock movement between vendors, warehouse, marketplaces and distributors.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical vs. system stock.
- Support demand planning and supply forecasting.

Logistics
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics.
