About the position
We are currently seeking a People Partner for our People Partnering Organisation supporting our Global Operations Function.
Our People Partners are the glue of the HR organization, and the primary responsibilities can be divided into i) full ownership of HR annual wheel activities, ii) supporting the planning and execution of strategic HR projects and initiatives, and iii)
developing and facilitating workshops and providing sparring to our business leaders.
In other words, our People Partners play a key role in ensuring a stellar HR experience for our leaders and employees across the organization. This can also mean that there are more operational tasks that need to be performed from time to time.
Other responsibilities
- Partner with Senior/Global People Business Partners (who support Senior Leaders from global functions) on the implementation of the global and function-specific People Strategy
- Build strong relationships with functional leaders and provide sparring and guidance on leadership
- Work with the Regional People Functions on the day-to-day delivery of people processes and resolve complex cases
- Work closely with HR professionals and specialists, across our Solutions and Deployment teams
- Identify and address opportunities for improvement for our leaders by drawing on people insights from available data
