Job Description

Winshine Infotech is looking for an experienced Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead sales and business development activities.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring B2B and corporate clients, managing the sales pipeline, and leading the sales team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new B2B and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with business decision-makers.
- Handle client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Sell IT services including web development, software, e-commerce, mobile applications, and digital solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow-up activities.
- Lead and monitor the sales and business development team.
- Set sales targets and review team performance.




- Develop new business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in B2B, corporate, or IT sales.
- Experience selling technology or software solutions.
- Experience managing a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Salary

₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Performance-based sales incentives will be provided in addition to the fixed salary.
