About the Role

Nedisha Group is looking for an experienced Process Trainer to train new joiners and existing employees, improve process knowledge, and ensure employees follow company procedures and standards effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and process training for new joiners.
- Provide refresher and skill-development training to existing employees.
- Develop training modules, presentations, SOPs, and training materials.
- Conduct product, process, communication, and customer-handling training as required.
- Evaluate employee understanding through assessments, quizzes, role plays, and practical sessions.
- Identify knowledge gaps and provide corrective training.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee performance after training.
- Maintain training attendance, assessment scores, feedback, and performance records.
- Coordinate with HR, Sales, Customer Service, and Management to identify training requirements.




- Conduct regular refresher training and update employees regarding changes in company processes and policies.
- Prepare training reports and share progress with Management.
- Support continuous improvement of employee productivity and process compliance.

Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience as a Trainer/Process Trainer.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and employee development.
- Ability to handle classroom and one-to-one training.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/PowerPoint and documentation.
- Solid interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and explain them clearly.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
