Position Summary

The Business Development Manager – Agricultural Services will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the Company's market presence for Inspection, Testing and Certification (TIC) services within the agricultural and food commodities sector. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving assigned revenue targets while maintaining the Company's commitment to quality, ethics and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Identify, approach and acquire new customers across the agricultural commodities sector.
- Generate new business from exporters, importers, traders, processors,



manufacturers and government organizations.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using systematic lead generation and follow-up.

Customer Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely response and qualified service.

Sales & Marketing
- Promote the Company's Inspection, Testing and Certification services.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and service agreements.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, seminars and industry networking events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.

Territory Development
- Develop business across the assigned territory.
- Identify emerging markets and new customer segments.
- Support expansion into new geographical loc
