Job Summary

Lite Bite Foods is looking for an experienced Payroll & Compliance Manager to manage Pan-India payroll and statutory compliance for our hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Pan-India payroll and monthly payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages & Labour Laws.
- Manage state-wise statutory compliance for restaurants/outlets.
- Handle F&F;, salary revisions, incentives, arrears and payroll audits.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations and external consultants.
- Ensure timely statutory payments, returns and compliance documentation.
- Drive payroll accuracy, compliance controls and process improvements.
- Manage internal/statutory audits and closure of compliance gaps.

Candidate Profile




- 10+ years of experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
- Strong preference for candidates from Hospitality / QSR / Restaurant / Hotel industry.
- Must have experience managing multi-location / Pan-India payroll.
- Robust knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent Excel, MIS and HRMS/Payroll system knowledge.
- Experience handling large frontline/blue-collar workforce preferred.
