Roles & Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and grow Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms
- Create monthly/weekly content calendars and oversee content production
- Drive lead generation through creative content and campaigns




- Monitor social media analytics and optimize campaigns for better performance

Content Creation & Brand Presence
- Present and appear confidently in front of the camera for reels, videos, and brand content
- Guide and direct video shoots in collaboration with the creative team
- Think creatively and act like a content creator to build engaging digital content
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement innovative ideas effectively

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
- Experience in YouTube SEO, social media management, or digital content creation
- Solid understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and social media growth strategies
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
