Job Description

Sky Gold & Diamonds Ltd. is looking for an experienced Jewellery Merchandiser to manage product coordination, order follow-ups, and communication between customers, internal teams, and production teams.

Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for jewellery product requirements.
- Understand customer requirements, product specifications, and order details.
- Coordinate with Design, CAD, Production, Quality and Dispatch teams.
- Follow up on orders from product development to final delivery.
- Monitor production timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Track order status and provide regular updates.
- Maintain accurate product and order-related documentation.
- Resolve operational issues through effective coordination.
- Ensure accurate communication of product specifications and requirements.





Preferred candidate profile
- 3-8 years of experience in Jewellery Merchandising.
- Graduate preferred from NIFT / IIGJ.
- Knowledge of jewellery products and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
