Key Responsibilities

Platform Configuration and Customization
- Develop and maintain custom scripts using GlideScript and JavaScript to extend ServiceNow functionality, including client-side and server-side scripting ServiceNow+1.
- Implement UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and script includes to tailor the platform to organizational needs.
- Ensure code efficiency, maintainability, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices to prevent performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities kovnow.com.
CMDB Foundation Setup and Data Modeling
- Design and implement the CMDB architecture, including CI class hierarchies, relationships, and dependencies LinkedIn+1.
- Populate the CMDB using Import Sets, Transform Maps, and automated discovery tools, ensuring data integrity and consistency GitHub+1.




- Maintain CMDB health through reconciliation scripts, duplicate detection, and performance analytics dashboards for reporting and decision-making GitHub.
- Model technical and business metadata to support ITSM and ITAM processes, enabling impact analysis and root cause identification www.rezolve.ai.
Flow Design for Workflows and Integrations
- Create custom workflows and flow designs to automate ITSM processes such as incident, change, and asset management.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs, web services, and scripted REST endpoints.
- Optimize flows for efficiency, scalability, and error handling, ensuring seamless automation across hybrid IT environments.
