Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while building a strong talent pipeline aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Manage candidate documentation, interview feedback, offer negotiations, and recruitment records.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire,



source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring status.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding and participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives when required.
- Stay updated on talent-market trends, sourcing strategies, and industry hiring practices.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder-management and negotiation abilities.
