Role Overview

LexHive Inc. (Formerly DemandLane) is hiring a
Growth Automation Engineer
to own the
technical infrastructure
behind our paid acquisition funnels and retention systems. You will maintain and extend the systems powering lead capture, routing, tracking, and reporting, and
build new automations
and
funnel experiments
as the marketing team scales.

This role combines Engineering and Marketing operations
. You will report to the Growth and Marketing Operations Lead, who owns overall system architecture, and hold full responsibility for the execution, maintenance, and reliability of live systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance customer-facing
marketing funnels
built with React and Vite, deployed on Vercel with a Supabase backend, and build current variants for A/B testing.
- Design, maintain, and monitor
automation workflows
in
n8n
, including
lead routing
, state resolution, retries, error handling, and alerting, and resolve failures before they affect lead flow.
- Build and maintain
Airtable automations supporting lead qualification
, ROAS validation,



and data integrity.
- Manage web and server-side tracking through
Google Tag Manager
and the
Meta Conversions API
, including first-party server-side events, event matching, deduplication, and identifier coverage, and maintain attribution accuracy across the funnel and Redtrack.
- Deploy creative and funnel variants, configure experiments, and automate performance reporting for the marketing team.
- Enforce
data privacy controls
, including restricted-state routing logic and protection of personally identifiable information across Airtable and Slack.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years
of experience
building production automation
and
marketing technology systems
.
- Proficiency in
JavaScript
and
TypeScript
, with the ability to maintain and extend React applications on Vite and Vercel.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining production workflows in
n8n
, including
API integrations
,
data
