Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain planning and operations.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions using the o9 platform.
- Configure o9 modules and workflows based on business processes.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and future-state requirements.
- Develop functional specifications, process flows, solution designs, and user stories.
- Support implementation of demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP;/IBP, and related processes.
- Configure planning parameters, business rules, workflows, alerts, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers for solution integration and customization.
- Conduct functional testing, integration testing, UAT,



and defect resolution.
- Support data validation, master data setup, and data integration activities.
- Lead workshops, product demonstrations, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities.
- Support deployment, production stabilization, and post-go-live activities.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, training materials, and user guides.
- Min 4 years in SCM, Supply planning, 3 years with o9 implementations.
