Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analyze user needs to create intuitive digital experiences.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to refine user experiences.
- Apply principles of usability, information architecture, and design thinking to create engaging products.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Work with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create high-quality designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, methodologies, and best practices in IT services.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think critically.




- Understanding of user-centered design principles and how they apply to IT solutions.
- Ability to translate complex workflows into simple and intuitive user interfaces.
- Familiarity with UX research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (a plus but not mandatory).
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced IT services environment.
