Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Performance Marketing Executive
role based in Jaipur. The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for QPic Productions and its clients.

Daily responsibilities include managing campaigns across platforms such as
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising channels
, conducting market and audience research, developing campaign strategies, monitoring key performance metrics, and preparing regular performance reports.

The role will involve working closely with the
creative, social media, production, and sales teams




to develop high-performing campaigns and ensure marketing activities align with business objectives. The individual will also be responsible for lead generation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, A/B testing, budget management, identifying new marketing opportunities, and continuously improving campaign performance.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, be comfortable working with data and analytics, and have the ability to manage campaigns for multiple brands and industries in a fast-paced agency environment.
