Kritika Bagaria Associates (KBA) is an Independent Education Consultancy based in Kolkata - we work with high school students (classes 8-12) and their parents to help them identify the best-fit school subjects/boards/colleges and majors across universities abroad and in India.

Our goal is to help students prepare stand-out college applications.

Role Description:
(1) Managing day-to-day operations

(2) Coordinating with parents & students

(3) Handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth workflow

(4) Provide profile-building support

(5) Engaging with collaborators to form & execute partnerships.

This is a hybrid role, located in the Greater Kolkata Area with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's in Humanities

* Robust operations & interpersonal skills

* Strong written, proof reading and verbal communication skills

* Customer service experience

* Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks

* Proficiency in Google Suite

* Ability to formulate strong resumes and emails

* Familiarity with study abroad is a plus

Remuneration is competitive as per industry standards and candidate experience.
