Join Dearc Studio as a Front Desk & Admin Executive. We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will manage front office operations, support administrative activities, and ensure a seamless experience for clients while maintaining productive day-to-day office management.

Key Responsibilities :
- Front Desk Management
: Welcome clients and visitors professionally, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Client Coordination
: Schedule appointments, manage meeting calendars, and coordinate client visits and follow-ups.
- Administrative Support
: Maintain office records, documents, invoices, and reports while ensuring proper filing and organization.
- Office Operations
: Monitor office supplies, coordinate with vendors,



and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
- Communication Management
: Handle phone calls, emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and ensure timely responses to customer queries.
- Team Assistance
: Provide administrative support to the design and management teams as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience
: Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Desk, Reception, Administration, or Customer Service roles.
- Communication
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Computer Skills
: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic office software.
- Organization
: Strong multitasking, coordination, and time-management abilities.
- Professionalism
: Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach and positive attitude.
- Education
: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline preferred.
