1. Depot Manager -This is long pending opening. Need person with depot operation handling experience, who can overall handle depot related issues like SCM, admin etc.

The Depot Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the depot, ensuring smooth and effective logistics, stock management, and timely delivery of goods.

Oversee all depot operations, including inventory management, order processing, shipping, and receiving. Ensure all operational procedures are followed efficiently.

Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, drivers, and Administrative work.

Required Experience: 5+

2. CRM/Sales Coordinator (Preferably Female Candidate)

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes, proposals, and sales reports

Coordinate sales orders, including order entry, order confirmation, and order follow-up

Communicate with customers to provide product information, pricing, and delivery information

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

Collaborate with internal teams,



including production, shipping, and accounting, to ensure timely delivery of products and payment processing

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales orders, and Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed

3. Accounts and Billing Executive
Record and maintain sales receipts entries in the ERP system.

Generate Debtors Report from Tally and timely follow-up with the sales team on outstanding payments.

Prepare Bank Stock Statement to monitor and reconcile inventory levels.

Contribute to the preparation of the company's financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.

Demonstrate an understanding of accounting standards and basic accounting principles.

Billing and Managing Dispatches on daily basis
