Job Summary:

We are seeking an experiencedArea Sales Manager (HORECA Sales)to manage and expand our business with3-star, 4-star hotels, resorts, and other institutional clientsin the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inFMCG sales, particularly inspices, atta, and related food products, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with key clients in theHORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Caf) segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Identify, onboard, and manage key accounts in3-star, 4-star hotels, resorts, and large restaurant chains.

Build and maintain robust relationships withchefs, procurement managers, and F&B; decision-makers.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business through excellent service.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Achieve and exceed sales targets forSFO (Spices, Flour, Oil), RBH (Rice, Bran, Honey), Atta,



and other products.

Develop customized solutions for clients based on their menu requirements.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements.

Market Expansion & Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities in theHORECA segment.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market demands.

Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies for key accounts.

Supply Chain & Order Management:

Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Reporting & Analytics:

Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for business growth.

Use CRM tools to manage client interactions and sales pipelines.

Key Requirements:

08-14 years of experience in HORECA sales, preferably inFMCG (spices, atta, flour, edible oils, etc.).
