Position: CNC Programmer & Setter
Industry: Automotive Manufacturing
Experience: 3–7 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Production / Tool & Die

Key Responsibilities:
- CNC machine programming, setting & operation.
- Develop and modify CNC programs as per drawings.
- Tool selection, setting, offsets and tool-life monitoring.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Perform first-piece inspection and dimensional corrections.
- Troubleshoot machining/process-related issues.
- Ensure productivity, quality and safety standards.

Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience in CNC Programming & Setting.
- Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens CNC controls.
- Positive knowledge of cutting tools, tooling parameters and offsets.
- Ability to read engineering drawings & use measuring instruments.
- Automotive machining experience preferred.

Good to Have:
- Knowledge of CNC Turning / VMC / HMC.
- Knowledge of G-code & M-code.
- Basic knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and TPM.
