Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day assembly line operations.
- Allocate manpower and monitor workforce productivity.
- Ensure achievement of daily production and assembly targets.
- Monitor assembly processes and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Ensure quality standards and inspection requirements are followed.
- Identify production issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with maintenance for machine and equipment-related issues.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with stores.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.
- Ensure workplace safety and 5S standards.
- Train and guide assembly operators.
- Monitor rejection, rework, downtime, and productivity.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for continuous improvement.
