Role Description
The CCTV Field Installation Technician is a full-time, in office role based in Erode. In this position, the technician will install, configure, and test CCTV systems at customer locations, including mounting cameras, running cables, and setting up recording devices and network connections. Day-to-day work will involve diagnosing and resolving technical issues,



performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all installations meet safety and quality standards. The technician will interact with customers to explain system features, provide basic user training, and address any concerns to support customer satisfaction. The role also includes documenting installation details, maintaining tools and equipment, and coordinating with the internal team to complete projects on time.
