What We Are Looking For
- Core IT Sourcing Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-lifecycle IT recruitment.
- Niche Skill Specialist: Proven track record in sourcing for complex, niche tech skills
- Smart Communicator: Excellent verbal and written English communication with robust stakeholder management abilities.
- Sourcing Capability: Proficiency in advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and proactive headhunting.
- Agility & Drive: A proactive mindset with the ability to manage tight timelines and high-volume delivery. Keen to learn and deliver.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various levels.
- Partner with hiring managers/account leads to understand requirement nuances and target profiles.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for both skill and cultural fit.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and ensure high offer-to-joining ratios.
