Job Title: Project Head
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary Range: ₹70,000 – ₹75,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead and manage Morarka Foundation’s projects. The project head will oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Developing project funds and budgets, ensuring effective utilization
- Driving process improvement and strategic planning initiatives
- Managing procurement, execution, and performance of projects
- Coordinating with government departments for payments, permissions, and collaborations
- Identifying new project opportunities and leading proposal development
- Monitoring ongoing and new projects against approved timelines and budgets
- Preparing and submitting regular reports to management and CEO




- Liaising with certification agencies for audits of Internal Control Systems (ICS)
- Representing the organization in official meetings, conferences, and stakeholder forums
- Ensuring smooth functioning of internal management processes and system strengthening

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in development/non-profit sector
- Strong knowledge of performance management, resource allocation, and documentation practices
- Proven ability to coordinate with government stakeholders and certification agencies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency
