We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Accounts & Taxation to manage end-to-end accounting operations, tax compliances, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will take ownership of finalizing books of accounts, drafting balance sheets, and ensuring accurate and timely filing of GST and TDS returns.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Finalization & Financial Reporting
- Drafting Balance Sheets: Prepare and finalize the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement in compliance with statutory accounting standards.
- Books Finalization: Perform month-end and year-end closing of books, ledger scrubbing, bank reconciliations, and provisions posting.
- Audit Management: Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors to complete financial audits, resolve queries, and provide supporting audit schedules.
- Fixed Assets & Depreciation: Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and record depreciation according to statutory guidelines.

Taxation & Compliance (GST & TDS)
- GST Filing & Compliance: Prepare, reconcile,



and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and annual returns (GSTR-9/9C).
- GST Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations between GSTR-2B/2A and purchase books to maximize Eligible Input Tax Credit (ITC) and resolve vendor discrepancies.
- TDS Filing: Calculate monthly TDS deductions, deposit challenge payments on time, and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 26Q, 27Q).
- Certificates & Reconciliations: Issue Form 16A certificates to vendors and perform periodic TDS ledger reconciliations against Traces/Form 26AS.

General Accounting & Operational Oversight
- Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) routines.
- Review journal entries, vendor payments, and expense vouchers for correct coding and tax applicability.
- Assist in drafting financial notes and supporting documentations for board meetings and management reports (MIS).
