Role Overview

We are looking for a
Senior Business Development Team Lead
with strong hands-on experience in
B2B lead generation, email marketing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and team handling
.

The candidate must have experience working with
both domestic and international markets
and should be comfortable managing a team while actively participating in lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end
B2B lead generation
for domestic and international markets.
- Perform
manual prospect research, database building, and lead qualification
.
- Identify decision-makers and generate qualified B2B leads.
- Plan and execute
email marketing, cold email campaigns, follow-ups, and LinkedIn outreach
.
- Conduct
B2B cold calling
and qualify prospects.
- Use tools such as
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, RocketReach
, and CRM platforms.
- Manage and mentor a
team of lead generation resources
.
- Train team members on prospecting, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
- Monitor daily team performance, targets, campaign activities,



and lead quality.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Maintain accurate prospect data and CRM records.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of relevant experience
in B2B Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or similar roles.
- Mandatory experience in both Domestic and International B2B markets.
- Solid hands-on experience in manual lead generation and prospecting
.
- Strong knowledge of
email marketing and email campaign management
.
- Hands-on experience in
cold calling and teleprospecting
.
- Experience with
LinkedIn outreach and Sales Navigator
.
- Previous
team handling/mentoring experience
.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Strong knowledge of
MS Excel and Google Sheets
.
- Target-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills.

Qualification

Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
