Role & responsibilities
- Project Execution: Plan, coordinate, and monitor pump projects from order receipt to commissioning, ensuring schedule and contract adherence.
- Compliance & Standards: Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards like API, ISO, ASME, and food-grade regulations.
- Material & Sealing Selection: Validate materials (SS316L, duplex, specialty alloys) and sealing systems for corrosive, hygienic, and critical applications.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and review GA drawings, datasheets, quality plans, ITPs, and project reports.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage suppliers for motors, seals, and long-lead items to ensure timely delivery and technical compliance.
- Quality & Inspections:



Oversee quality audits and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to meet client and regulatory standards.
- Risk Management: Identify technical, commercial, and schedule risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface for customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure explicit communication and issue resolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and QA to achieve project goals.
- Progress Monitoring: Track key project milestones and provide regular status updates to management and clients.
