Role & Responsibilities
- Identify new applications and use cases for existing products to develop innovative solutions.
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
- Engage with customers to support technical implementation, integration, and hands-on troubleshooting.
- Evaluate products and solutions; develop and maintain product catalogs and support business/sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for new product development and product enhancements through customer and market feedback.
- Provide technical inputs to Sales teams and customers on product capabilities, applications, and solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with embedded systems, IoT, and communication protocols such as Modbus, DLMS, and TCP/IP.
- Robust knowledge of energy metering, communication technologies, and Smart Metering Architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in the Energy, Power, Metering, or Utilities industry will be an advantage
