Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) with a minimum of 6 months of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Support sales activities and achieve assigned store targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide product information.
- Ensure proper product display and maintain store standards.




- Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the concerned team.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
- Customer-oriented and positive attitude.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Professional appearance and good grooming standards.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven retail environment.

Pay: Up to ₹15,500.00 per month
