to drive measurable growth across
100+ consumer/D2C brands

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance & growth strategy across multiple brands

• Hands-on expertise in
Meta & Google Ads, tracking and testing

• Diagnose challenges across
media, creative, funnel, conversion & unit economics

• Drive improvements in
CAC, MER, revenue & profitability

• Work closely with
founders, agencies and teams

• Build scalable growth frameworks, dashboards and review systems

? Ideal Candidate

• Senior
Director / Head / VP – Performance or Growth Marketing

• Robust




D2C/e-commerce and multi-brand experience

• Proven measurable business outcomes

• Strong analytical, commercial and strategic mindset

• Ability to influence founders and agencies

•
Freelance/independent D2C growth consultants are also welcome
