Role Purpose

The Center Manager will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day functioning of the DAMOH’S Churchgate clinic.

The role will own clinic operations, staff coordination, patient experience, treatment scheduling, documentation, inventory controls and operational reporting.

The Center Manager will ensure that every patient experiences the same professional,



organised and reassuring DAMOH’S journey, while reducing the founders’ involvement in routine clinic management.

This is an operations and people-management role. It is not a telecalling or recent-lead-generation role.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinic Operations
- Take complete ownership of the clinic’s daily functioning
- Ensure the centre opens and closes according to defined checklists
- Prepare and manage the daily appointment and treatment schedule
- Allocate treatment rooms, therapists and clinic resources efficiently
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, prepared and ready before every appointment
- Monitor patient waiting times and prevent avoidable delays
- Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve them proactively
- Escalate important clinical, commercial or facility-related matters to the appropriate founder
- Ensure the clinic can function smoothly without continuous founder intervention
