Job Description:
Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Business Support to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing business support to various departments, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for assisting with project management, data analysis, reporting, and implementing process improvements. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and processes.
- Provide analytical support through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for management, summarizing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify operational challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.




- Support training and development initiatives for team members to enhance their performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, with experience in data visualization software being a plus.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus
