Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic and client-focused Property Consultant to assist buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and commercial property transactions. The role involves property advisory, client relationship management, market analysis,



and end-to-end deal closure while maintaining high ethical and professional standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through company-generated and self-generated leads.
- Understand clients' requirements, budget, and investment goals.
- Recommend suitable properties from multiple developers and projects.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until deal closure.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for inventory, pricing, and offers.
- Assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Update all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about new project launches, market trends, and competitor offerings. Achieve monthly sales targe
