Job Description

Ashma Motors Private Limited is looking for a responsible and experienced Store Officer to manage day-to-day store and inventory operations at our E-Rickshaw Assembly Unit in Baidyabati.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inward and outward movement of E-Rickshaw components, spare parts and consumables.
- Receive and verify materials against Purchase Orders, invoices and delivery challans.
- Maintain GRN, stock registers, material issue/return records and other store documentation.
- Issue materials to the assembly/production team as per requirements.
- Maintain accurate physical and system stock.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, identification and location-wise arrangement of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned department about shortages.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts departments.
- Maintain proper records of damaged, excess, obsolete and slow-moving materials.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S standards within the store.
- Support internal and periodic stock audits.

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Store/Inventory operations.
- Experience in Automobile, EV, E-Rickshaw, Auto Components or Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and inventory documentation.
- Experience with ERP/Inventory Management Software will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage stock accurately and work in a production environment.

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience handling automobile components, electrical parts, mechanical components, batteries and assembly-line materials will be given preference.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
